Around the Victorian house and barns, Peter and Christina Young have created densely planted gardens that include many unusual and tender plants, as well as fruit and vegetable gardens. At the far end of the five acre property, around a large wildlife pond, they have established an arboretum that now has over 200 woody species.
There have been many changes since the last opening in 2018. Several new beds have been established and the arboretum has been extended.
