Stargazing Evening

  • Yorkshire Arboretum (map)

As part of the Dark Skies Festival join us to explore the wonders of the night sky, including star clusters, nebulae and galaxies, under the expert guidance of members of the York Astronomical Society.

If the skies are not visible because of bad weather, we'll head into the Visitor Centre for an entertaining illustrated talk about what is up there above the clouds!

Adults £4, children (5-16) £2

Wrap up warm and bring a torch along with you. Refreshments will be available. Booking essential.

Please note that this event is now FULLY BOOKED. However, if it is a clear evening so that we can be outside, you may be able to pay on the door.
