Michael and Julia Burrows’ tiered garden surrounds a house established in the 1550s and covers three acres. It includes magnolias, tree peonies, and a diversity of shrubs, with a sunken fishpond and garden areas edged by box hedges. There are mature trees and an avenue leads to a wood.
